We loved our
room! It was absolutely beautiful
and the desk clerk, I believe her
name was Dee, was absolutely
fantastic!! She was the clerk on the
7-3 shift when we checked in and out
and she was very helpful and
friendly especially since it was our
first time at the hotel and we
didn't quite know where to park and
where to go, she took care of our
check in quickly but was warm and
welcoming while doing so and it was
the perfect balance of
professionalism and friendly. Our
room was very clean and the
housekeeping staff did a wonderful
job, thank you for a wonderful stay
we hope we can stay longer next
time! The hotel was beautiful and
the service superb, just keep it up
and you'll be fine!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel
for a week last month while visiting
family. The room was very nice and
the hotel amenities made it a home
away from home for me. I am
returning next month for another
week at the Best Western Rio Grande
Old Town.

Everything was in
order but the only thing wrong was that
there was no free continental breakfast,
but they did offer a discount on
breakfast

Staff all very friendly and responsive.
Wonderful Southwestern decor throughout the
hotel. Nice amenities; pool covered for
winter use, hot tub, toiletries etc. Nice
restaurant with good prices and guest
discount. Best of all centrally located for
touring Old Town Plaza, museums, Biopark and
such. We've stayed there 3 or 4 times in the
last five years and have always been pleased
with the service. Our room on the fourth
floor was completely quiet with a great view
of mountains
